We are an award winning, multi-disciplinary engineering practice that has provided high quality, leading edge services in civil, structural, infrastructure, water and railway disciplines for 30 years.

Acknowledged as a leading consultancy in the South East, the practice operates from Forest Row in East Sussex and Union Street, London and has proven expertise in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure markets. We provide full infrastructure and structural design, from Masterplanning for services and highways, EIAs and Flood Risk & Transport Assessments, through to detailed design in all construction media. Increasingly we are engaged in early review and feasibility work.

Working on over 90 projects annually with a total contract value exceeding £250m our business consistently delivers solutions to help sustain communities, maximise space and encourage growth.

We work in close partnership with other members of the projects design teams including leading Registered Social Landlords, blue chip contractors and industry professionals. Our ongoing success is founded on providing excellent lateral and commercially minded solutions.

The practice engenders ‘value engineering’, ‘Rethinking Construction’ and ‘Accelerating Change’ initiatives and are team members of supply chains and the Construction Best Practice and IT Best Practice programmes. We are fully aware of and advocate Codes for Sustainable Homes.

Our own supply chain extends our engineering services to include Land and Building Surveying, Soil Investigation and Testing, Environmental Services and Mechanical and Electrical services design.

We are committed to addressing Health & Safety as an integral part of our design process. We ensure that the quality of our delivery is maintained through regular Consultant Key Performance Indicators benchmarking, where we continue to deliver top 20% results across 9 performance areas.
