ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT / SECRETARY

Tully De’Ath are an award winning civil and structural engineering consultancy with 30 years industry experience. With offices based in Forest Row and London, we are looking for an Administration Assistant/Secretary to join the administration team in Forest Row.

Attributes/Experience Required
General office experience is required, with some knowledge of administration systems, good GCSE grades and a smart appearance. Keyboard skills would be useful but most importantly is the ability to work as part of a team, willing to assist where needed.

Outline of Duties:

• Management of technical filing, make up new files, filing of technical correspondence, drawings etc.
• Assist with secretarial and PA duties including diary management, typing and database maintenance and management
• Assist with administration support for London office.
• Assist with management of incoming and outgoing correspondence and preparation of documents
• Undertake photocopying, scanning and printing as required
• Management of stationery stock and ordering
• Manage the switchboard and undertake receptionist duties
• Ensure all machines are fully stocked with paper and replace ink cartridges as necessary
• Keeping sufficient stocks for kitchen and assisting with deliveries of stock
• Tidy and clear print room daily and office as required
• Supporting the other member of the administration team
• Assist in archiving completed jobs and assisting with the retrieval of files from loft/storage and filing for files stored at loft/storage
• Other general administration duties, as required
• Generally assist with collect empty mugs and ensure kitchen kept clean and tidy

In return we offer:

Training: Full training provided
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday - Friday with one hour for lunch
Holiday: 25 days per annum (5 extra days after 5 years employment)
Salary: £12,000 to £15,000 per annum dependant upon qualifications and experience
