Since approval of the first outline planning permission in 1997, work has continued to deliver the aspiration to renew and regenerate the Stonebridge Estate in Brent. To provide new, high quality homes, new and improved public open spaces, a range of community facilities meeting the health, educational and recreational needs within the Stonebridge area.
Hyde Housing appointed Tully De’Ath to provide Structural Pre-planning services, a Drainage Strategy and prepare Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Delivery and Servicing Plans to support the planning applications for two of the residential developments (site 27) and (sites 29/30) of the Stonebridge Estate.
Tully De’Ath have appraised the additional vehicle movements and traffic flows through certain local highway junctions and assessed the implications of the potential increase in these flows to the sites. Mitigation measures were prepared. Detailed traffic counts and parking surveys were undertaken and assessments were made of the forecast trip generation, distribution of traffic and mode share.

Site 27, also known as Emerald Circus will provide 109 residential units, a community hall, car parking spaces and cycle stores within the basement with associated landscaping.
Site 29 and 30 will provide 287 residential units and will incorporate sustainable design and construction principles. The site also provides basement parking for both cars and motor cycles.
