The development, where work has already started, will provide a mixture of rental and shared ownership apartments.

The development will showcase a commitment to sustainability, with the homes achieving a 'Code for Sustainable Homes' rating of 4.

The project, ranging to 11 storeys high, will include a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 87 of these will be for rent and 58 for shared ownership. The project will be constructed in 3 blocks with a basement car park.

Our Transport Design has also taken into consideration the excellent public transport links, with Harlesden and North Acton stations both nearby.
