Sustainable housing in a demanding inner city area

The existing 271 unit estate built in the 1960s has been completely demolished and 359 new homes built for both affordable, shared-ownership and rent.

All the existing tenants will be re-housed into new homes. To help deliver a sustainable scheme almost £1m will be spent improving Caledonian Park, which contains a Grade 2 listed clock tower. The scheme features Retail space.
