Regeneration of the former Limehouse Fields Estate in Stepney involving masterplanning and a wholesale demolition and rebuilding programme for 445 new homes.

It resulted in the highly successful management of a complex, multi-phased project involving local residents, four housing associations, Contractor/Consultants and the Free Form Arts Trust.
