Tully De'Ath have been appointed by East Thames to undertake Masterplanning services on the proposed redevelopment of Bromley by Bow.

 

The aim of the development is to replace derelict and under-utilized industrial space with a high quality mixed use development. As well as providing a range of new employment space, the scheme will create an attractive and accessible riverside environment.

The commission, which has just commenced, involves services up to Stage D for a planning submission involving a mix of detailed and outline planning. Our commission covers all structural and civil engineering issues required to deliver the planning submission.

This scheme particularly called on our experience of Traffic impact assessments and green travel plans on schemes throughout London and the South East of England.
