Pre-planning and civil and structural detailed engineering design

Tully De'Ath are providing pre-planning and detailed design on this major regeneration scheme. The scheme consists of five phases and 1000 units. Phase 1 involved a detailed Planning Application with Phases 2 to 5 being taken to outline. The application was made in late 2009 and had a smooth passage through planning.

Tully De'Ath provided advice and details on all aspects of transportation, highways, site level, structural configuration and drainage.

In particular, innovative proposals on site levels and road layouts to access the Phase 1 site that as a result of stringent planning constraints had to be considerably elevated above current ground levels. Basements and semi-basements feature throughout.

To meet a tight Client timescale the commission was undertaken in 12 weeks. Following successful planning applications for both Phase 1 and 2, Tully De'Ath are completing the detailed design of Phase 1 and are onto the detailed design of Phase 2. Pre Planning for Phase 3 is about to commence.
